2023 ANNUAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the

Victorian Chapter of Learning Environments Australasia

will be held at

The Craft & Co, 390 Smith Street, Collingwood

on

Thursday, 9^th November 2022 from 5:30 – 6:00pm

(to be followed by the Learning Environments Victoria / Tasmania Chapter 2023 Awards).

BUSINESS:

a)     Confirmation of the Minutes of 2022 Annual Meeting.

b)    Annual report from the Chair.

c)     Annual report from the Treasurer.

d)    Election of 2024 / 2025 Committee Members and Chair Elect

e)     Other business.

NOMINATIONS FOR ELECTION:

We invite members to nominate for election to the Victorian Chapter Board by completing the attached nomination form. This year there are three positions available for election. At the Annual Meeting, board nominees may introduce themselves for two minutes before the election (if required, in the instance of more than three nominations being received).

We also invite eligible members to nominate for election to the position of Chair-Elect of the Victorian Chapter Board by completing the attached nomination form. At the Annual Meeting, nominees may introduce themselves for two minutes before the election (if required, in the instance of more than one nomination being received).

Nomination forms are to be returned to the Victorian Chapter Administrator at vic@learningenvironments.org.au by 5:30 pm on Thursday, 2^nd November 2023.

VOTING RIGHTS AND PROXIES:

All members may be present and vote at the Annual Meeting. Any member may appoint another member to vote as Proxy if they cannot attend. Proxy Forms are to be completed and emailed to the Victorian Chapter Administrator at vic@learningenvironments.org.au by 5:30 pm on Thursday, 2^nd November 2023.
