'What Works?' Workshop at Prahran High School

Join us on Thursday August 15th, for a re-visit to Prahran High School. Designed by Gray Puksand, the innovative, 5 storey vertical school opened in 2019 and was one of the first of its kind.

At this unique event we will hear from the school and the architects as we uncover the challenges, learnings and successes of the project. We will also hear about how the school has developed over it’s first 5 years and have the opportunity to tour this innovative facility.

Located on a highly restricted site, the design maximises natural light and visibility, encourages physical movement and creates a sense of space in a compact building.

The school features an open atrium at the centre of the building, contemporary teaching areas which maximise on flexible learning opportunities, a main performance space and outdoor terraces on every level.

This tour is a unique opportunity to discuss what worked, gain valuable insights and examine our learnings from exemplary projects.

We hope to see you there!
