b) Receipt and Adoption of Reports
c) Receipt and Adoption of the Accounts for the period ending 30 June 2021
d) Election of Chair Elect 2021-2023 and Committee Members 2021/2022
e) General Business

VOTING RIGHTS

All members are entitled to be present at the venue and vote at the Annual General Meeting.

PROXIES

Any member entitled to vote may appoint another member to vote as Proxy

A proxy form is to be completed by the member and emailed to A4LE NZ Chapter Administrator nzadmin@a4le.org.nz by Thursday 18^th November 2021
