LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS QUEENSLAND CHAPTER
invites you to join us for an evening with Stephen Harris to discuss his innovative work and leadership of the contemporary model of schooling at LearnLife Barcelona (Formerly known as Dream School Barcelona).
Stephen is the Co-Founder and Director of Our Dream School, Barcelona and now spreading the innovation to Germany and other parts of the world.
The Our Dream School Project is a step beyond traditional school, they are building learning communities for lifelong learners. They believe that learning innovation within communities will be the driver behind positive societal change. The flagship school in Barcelona shows how they are exploring and living learning innovation for 3-18 year olds, in contexts that enable this generation to thrive as contemporary learners and citizens.
Stephen Harris who is not only a globally respected visionary but also a catalyst for change and action in K-12 education will inspire and provoke our thinking of the premise and application of schooling in the contemporary world.
Derek Bartels who has visited Learn Life and other contemporary models around the world will facilitate the evening.
