WA Chapter - Inner City Education Workshop

Following the theme of last years symposium, this workshop will further explore the opportunities for an inner city educational facility on a proposed site in the Perth CBD.

Now we know what services and resources are available within the City to broaden our inner city school boundaries, so what will a new City school look like?

This workshop will provide participants the opportunity to design a new hypothetical inner city school on a selected  site.  Secondary, primary, government, private, specialist, independent, religious denomination and international school philosophies will be explored through focused groups chaired by prominent Perth school Principals and education leaders.

As a collection of the ideas of the focus groups, innovative educational concepts and models will emerge providing a valuable framework for future school facility planning.
