  • This category is for all non-members of CEFPI. Registrants in this category will be entitled to a special discount of $50 on CEFPI membership for the month following the event. Further details will be emailed to you.
  • This is a special category for Regional Council members attending the event. It requires a special code for use.

More than a School: Building a true learning community at Doveton College


CEFPI Day Out 

One day regional mini-conference - Melbourne




Doveton College is an Australian first in the delivery of truly integrated community infrastructure. The “school” is built on a unique partnership between DEECD and the Colman Foundation to provide wrap-around services for the families and children in the local community. The project is the first to specifically target a community with the aim of dramatically boosting educational standards and whole-life opportunities for the children and young people of the community through early intervention, family support and community integration.
The CEFPI Day out event will offer participants a unique and very rare opportunity to tour the college while in operation, hear about the latest research into connected communities and have a discourse with the key players in the College’s development and operation.
