Our three guest speaker’s are Cath Fitzhardinge, Daniel Burton and Kelsie Prabawa-Sear.


Cath is an Occupational Therapist, Nature Space Consultant and Nature Play Advocate. She will be presenting an overview of the benefits of outdoor play for child development, health and wellbeing as well as describing her LEWA p[r]ep research project. Cath will be joined by Daniel Burton, CEO & co-founder of Educated by Nature, an Education consultant & nature educator and nature connection mentor. Daniel will give an overview of Educated by Nature's school-based programs and consulting structure, with a focus on the learning opportunities that are found in school’s "out of bounds spaces/underutilised wild spaces" Our third guest speaker, Kelsie Prabawa-Sear, is the Chief Executive Officer of Nature Play WA. She will present some of Nature Play WA’s recent work with WA developers and the Department of Education with a focus on providing nature spaces for kids in new developments.
