2021 Annual Meeting


Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Victorian Chapter of Learning Environments Australasia


will be held at


The Craft & Co, 390 Smith Street, Collingwood

on

Thursday, 25th November 2021 from 6:00 – 6:30 pm


(to be followed by the Learning Environments LEA Victoria Big Night Out event)


BUSINESS:

a) Confirmation of the Minutes of 2020 Annual Meeting.

b) Annual report from the Chair.

c) Annual report from the Treasurer.

d) Election of board members and Chair-Elect.

e) Other business.


NOMINATIONS FOR ELECTION:

We invite members to nominate for election to the Victorian Chapter Board by completing the attached nomination form. This year there are seven positions available for election. At the Annual Meeting, board nominees may introduce themselves for two minutes before the election (if required).


Nomination forms are to be returned to the Victorian Chapter Administrator at vicadmin@a4le.org.au by 5:00 pm on Friday, 19th November 2021.


VOTING RIGHTS AND PROXIES:

All members may be present and vote at the Annual Meeting. Any member may appoint another member to vote as Proxy if they cannot attend.


Proxy Forms are to be completed and emailed to the Victorian Chapter Administrator at vicadmin@a4le.org.au by 5:00 pm on Friday, 19th November 2021.

SPECIAL COVID ARRANGEMENTS:

Given the current COVID situation, arrangements can be made for members to attend the meeting remotely, however you must be physically present to vote at the Annual Meeting. If you are attending remotely, you may appoint another member to vote as Proxy.


All other COVID requirements (check-in and confirmation of vaccination status etc) will be handled by the venue.
