LEA Victoria's next in-person event is a tour of the Carlton Learning Precinct.

It is the first school in the City of Melbourne to combine Early Learning, Family Services, a Community Hub, and a primary school into an existing site. This precinct embraces a 'whole of early years' approach to health, wellbeing and education so families can connect from birth through primary school. The successful combination of multiple facilities and uses is a testament to the stakeholders' vision, perseverance, and leadership.

The 2020 Winner of Category 4 for Best Renovation / Modernisation Over $5 million, the Carlton Learning Precinct has transformed a prominent but underutilised school site into an educational, social, and urban design model for inner-city learning.

Event followed by drinks and nibbles at a local pub.

One CPD point is available for this event. CPD point are applicable to Victorian Architects only.
