Tēnā koutou,

Welcome to 2016, and what is shaping up to be an exciting year with many new facilities opening their doors for the first time here in Christchurch.

Your Christchurch chapter is pleased to announce our first event for 2016 Waitākiri School opened a few weeks ago after several years of planning and visioning.

Offering the local community primary school education where the vision for learning is "For every child to be a REAL learning Hero making REAL CHOICES", the team at Waitākiri School have created a new curriculum for their children of the merger schools.

The school reflects their community, their beliefs, values and aspirations for their children with the school designed with  notions of sustainability, future focus, 21st century learners and community as the foundation.

We invite you to tour the school, find out more then share refreshments and ideas with others.

This event encourages a  Gold coin  - $5 Koha per person.

5.00pm for a 5.30pm start.

Please email  paula.eskett@core-ed.ac.nz for more information or call 021 622972

We look forward to seeing you there.
